A few questions before joining.

My wife and i have been going to disney world since we were married 14 years ago and are probably goin to join the vacation club. One question we had was about the room service option is it pizza or pizza at every place(if we arrive after 9pm on a gruelling trip we enjoy the roomservice immensely)? I also enjoy the beach club villas and was wondering if it anyone would list the termination dtaes of contracts there and any info anyone may have. Finally, does anyone have any experience with ordering groceries and the costs of that?

Room Service depends on the resort I believe. For example, I believe that the Boardwalk Villas have access to the same room service menu that the Boardwalk Inn has.
Resorts that are more spread out such as OKW or SSR probably don't have room service because of the distance; I am just not sure.

As stated, the DVC units are timeshares. In some cases where there is an equivalent WDW hotel (such as Boardwalk Inn) as part of the same complex, then room service is available.

Pizza delivery, from an outside service, is available at all DVC units.

As for expiration dates:

2042: OKW (non-extended contracts); VB; HH; BWV; VWL; BCV

2054: SSR

2057: AKV; OKW (extended contracts)

Unknown: California; Hawaii - These will probably be 50 years from whatever year sales actually start.

If you can't get room service, then get a list of pizza places from the front desk or Conceirge when you check in...

As far as ordering groceries.... The only benefit I can see from ordering groceries from Disney is that you don't have to coordinate getting the groceries delivered into the room...

We always use www.wegoshop.com . Marge provides a great service at a decent price, and will shop at various stores to provide bargins for her customers.. She doesn't charge a premium on the groceries, but does have a delivery charge based on the size of the bill.... We always exchange cell phone #'s and coordinate delivery once we've checked into the room.

Others use gardengrocier.com and swear by that... We haven't had the opportunity to try them yet...
