A few questions about redeeming vouchers?

We have 4 vouchers that we plan to use for fastpasses. I have a few questions about redeeming and using them?

1.) At each of the 4 parks we plan to have pre-park opening ADR's. Will we be able to redeem these before we go to our ADR's, or will we have to come back out of the gate after we eat breakfast?

2.) Are the vouchers redeemed for FP at Will Call at every park or is there a different place for the vouchers to be redeemed for the FP?

3.) Should we got obtain the FP at the rides we want when we first enter the park then hold them for use later in the day as we are ready to go on that ride? Or would we be safe just to try to obtain a FP as we come to the ride as we are touring the park? We try not to backtrack too much in the parks if we can avoid it.

4.) I read in a previous post that if all the FP are gone when we get to the ride just to go to the FP CM and they will give us one for the ride. It this true?

Thanks for your help!

We just returned last night (Spring Break) and also had 4 vouchers to redeem for FP cards

3.) Should we got obtain the FP at the rides we want when we first enter the park then hold them for use later in the day as we are ready to go on that ride? Or would we be safe just to try to obtain a FP as we come to the ride as we are touring the park? We try not to backtrack too much in the parks if we can avoid it . We used regular fastpasses/standby first thing in the mornings as much as possible. At MK, we arrived around 9:15 and got 3 rides on Thunder in the standby with very little wait. We saved our instant ones for later in the day so we could go right on rides we wanted to go on as we got to them. We also collected some regular ones throughout the day and used those when we returned that night. We found that we didn't always use up all of our Daisy ones, as those weren't rides we wanted to go on more than once. We did do some backtracking at Epcot between Soarin and Test Track and at DHS betweeen RnR and TT. Those attractions are fairly close together though.

4.) I read in a previous post that if all the FP are gone when we get to the ride just to go to the FP CM and they will give us one for the ride. It this true?
This happened to us at DHS for RnR. Fast passes were gone and the machines were closed. The CM at the ride just gave us fastpasses when I showed him the card and let us go right in.

Hope that helps!:)

1) The will call or guest relations window should be open at least 30 minutes before anyone is allowed into the parks, even for pre-open ADRs.

2) Will Call for all GAD redemptions. Guest Relations should be able to handle it if the Will Call window isn't open yet.

3) There is no need to get them early, since they are good instantly when you get them, and you can get them even if regular Fastpasses are no longer available.

4) Normally, one of the kiosks would be left open for GAD FPXC use. In some cases, you may need to ask a CM as they may close all the kiosks to prevent non-GAD guests from trying to get Fastpasses when they can't. In a few cases, guests did report some difficulty in getting GAD Fastpasses late because the CMs didn't seem to know about them or that you still should be able to get them.
