We will be at Disneyland in a few weeks and I have a few questions.
*We arrive at SNA airport early on a Monday, should we wait rush hour out? If so, what is a good time to head towards Anaheim?
* We made reservations for the Carthay World of Color lunch, is this good? It seems pricey (especially for children) but if the food is good and you get good seats I am guessing its worth it?
* What is the best order to go our morning at DCA- carland, then Frozen singalong and meet and greet, or Toystory.

I personally don't know that there is ever a time when there isn't traffic in LA, but DLR to SNA doesn't seem as bad as LAX to DLR. So, I would just head to DLR as soon as you get in and not worry about traffic (just accept that there will be some).

Just to clarify, but there are no seats for WoC; it's all stand room viewing only (except for the handicap viewing area).

What is the best order to go our morning at DCA- carland, then Frozen singalong and meet and greet, or Toystory.

Is it an EMH morning in DCA? Assuming it's not, I would head to TSMM first, then double back and get an RSR FP and then head over to the Frozen stuff. If it is an EMH morning, then TSMM and RSR will both have lines at this point, so I would grab an RSR FP and then head over to TSMM (there is FP and that line always seems long). The Frozen Sing Along and M&G don't seem as busy any more, so I would slot those in later in the day.

I wouldn't wait for rush hour to end. It's a 20 minute drive with zero traffic and in heavy traffic it has never taken us more than 45 minutes. If you wait til rush hour is over, you might end up waiting longer than the 25 minute difference and then still might get held up if there is any anomalies.
Everyone seems to love Carthay, but my husband and children did not. And my kids have fairly refined palettes so I expected them to enjoy it. If your kids are chicken nugget kids, they will not appreciate the money spent.
I would do carsland and then toystory, or reverse them. There should be a much smaller wait for the sing along.

When we take the shuttle, they use the carpool lanes, which you should be able to as well! Seems to be almost a separate freeway in parts, and definitely gets you around a lot of traffic.

We did a late lunch with the WOC package last year and loved it! The food we got was not exactly on the inventive side of the menu, we stuck with the burger and open faced beef sandwich, but it was all very fresh, tasty, and well cooked! The restaurant is probably the prettiest building in the parks and I hear there is even a balcony that we didn't have the chance to explore. Lots of seating, too, but it was pretty empty when we were there. We got to the standing (no seating!) Area reserved for Carthay Circle a bit later than the crowd and thusly stood behind a lot of people. We had a better view of the new show when we pulled regular FP'S for the second show of the night this year.

I would say ride TSMM first, and then return for your RSR FP's just because both rides are awesome with high demand and lines in the sun. BUT TSMM doesn't have the FP option! And RSR is super cool at twilight and night time. If you get there around dusk you might be able to catch the neon lighting which is pretty memorable, a nice moment to remind you that Disneyland strives to be Magical!

The Frozen meet and greet was pretty mellow when we were there in September and our FP'S were for about 45 minutes to an hour from the time we pulled them. The Sing Along might be the perfect way to relax while you wait for the meet and greet FP'S to mature. Don't miss the Monsters Inc ride that is in the same area, it is easy to overlook, but that means it's usually a walk on and it is very cute.

As others have said SNA is close. The most it's ever taken is 40 minutes by taxi. The last trip I think the driver made it there in 25 minutes.
Don't wait, get your ride to DLR and begin the fun.

To save time once we land, we only take carry-on bags. I also try to get a seat near the front of the plane. The kids make a trip to the restroom before landing. We get off the plane and race to the taxi zone for our ride.
Wait for RUSH HOUR? NOT ME!!!
