There are some driving patterns changing at WDW lately to be aware of for those who drive their own cars there:

1. Parking lots in Disney Studios are all in a state of constant change as they rebuild around Star Wars Land and the new Gondola (Gondola towers are going up!)

2. The route to MK resorts has changed in advance of the new bridge. There is an exit to the right BEFORE the toll booths. Stay in the right lane well before as traffic congests for this sudden exit to the right. You will come to an intersection with a temporary traffic light. Turn right for Fort Wilderness, Left for all others. The road goes under the new bridge and curves around to rejoin the original road. You can still drive south this way to go from the CR and WL area to go to or past FW if you want. Or go past the TTC and PR to exit the area the original way. In the future, the new way in and out of the area will be on the new bridge!

3. You can drive north from CR to get to the Rheem Road Publix and Liquor Store. It's the closest one. But the roads are confusing and many GPS will not be correct. Use your Phone's map and navigation. In the future, Floridian Way will connect around the west side as well so it will be super fast for PR and GF guests to go this way. For now, go around past CR. One gotcha: When you come back, if you are staying at CR, you cannot use the alternate gate and you cannot turn left at the main gate. Go past, under the water bridge, and make a U turn where the road widens with a large shoulder on each side.
