Never did it and now thinking about it:

1) My daughter is 3 do I buy her a plan

2) Most restaurants I can make at 90 + 10 (DVD Member) correct? What restaurants am I allowed to make at longer then that time period

3) What website lays out the plan in simple terms? It just looks like a whole lot of planning but probably not

4) Tips Included?

5) California Grill: What time do I make reservations to see the fireworks? And is this the best restaurant for something like that

Thanks in advance for your help

I'll answer what I can:

1) A 3yo would have to be on the children's DDP (ages 3-9) if the rest of your traveling party is getting the DDP. If a child is less than 3yo you don't need to purchase it.

2) I'm pretty sure that all restaurants are on the 90 +10 ADR time frame (not 100% sure). Here is a list of restaurants on the DDP: http://allears.net/pl/packages09a.htm.

3)The above link has info about the plan. This is another helpful link about the restaurants/DDP: http://allearsnet.com/din/dining.htm.

4)Tips are not included.

5)I don't know the answer to this question! Sorry :sad1:

Yes

All are 90 now unless you are a Grand Gathering booking a Grand Gathering experience then it's 180 days.

3) What website lays out the plan in simple terms? It just looks like a whole lot of planning but probably not

Here's another link.

4) Tips Included?

No not anymore.

I would make an ADR for about 90 mins prior to Wishes & then you can see the display out on the private deck about the time you're finishing dinner or waiting for dessert. Your server will hold dessert for you till after Wishes. You can also see them from the window if you have a window seat, but I prefer to go outside.

Yes I think as far as a restaurant view, Califronia Grill is your best for Wishes, but you could also go to the Poly or GF & have dinner & then watch them from the beach or dock.

Thanks in advance for your help

My answers in red aren't much different but I elaborated on a couple. Have fun! :goodvibes

(I think I know the answer to this but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something)

Is there a way for DVC members to get the free dining plans being offered if we buy park tickets with our points reservation?

No. The only way to get free dining is to pay cash for a package (room/tickets). Members staying using points aren't eligible for free dining even if you're purchasing tickets.
