A few cabin questions

I'm hoping you knowlegdable FW folks can answer a few questions for me, before I decide on if I will book a cabin or a Family Suite (even though, it looks like, the cabins will win out-hands down).

I will be traveling with my two sons (23 and 10) and oldest son's best friend (22) in mid September. Staying 7 days and 7 nights.

Normally we stay in a Value. Once we shared a room, the next time got two rooms, but we are all wanting to try the cabins (I actually wanted to carry a tent to camp, but they are being very hesitant about that.).

So, some of our group's ??? are:

1) I know there's a TV in the Living Room, but is there also one in the bedroom?

2) Are there any VCR/DVD players in the cabins?

3) Are there the "plug in's" in front of the TV(s) for video game systems?

4) Is there only one bathroom?

5) Will the Murphy Bed sleep 2 comfortably? (The boys will mainly be sharing the bedroom, but there are times if DS10 is nervous, he'll still climb into bed with me).

6) Is there a pool within walking distance of most of the cabins?

Now about questions 2 and 3, we won't really be needing these for the most part, but we want to know, in case of bad weather, if we decide to stay in, will these be available to help pass some time?

1. No, there is not a TV in the bedroom. Only in the living room.

2. Yes, the TV has a VCR.

3. I don't know about this one - maybe somebody else knows?

4. Yes, there is only one bathroom.

5. Yes, the Murphy bed sleeps 2.

6. Yes, there is a small pool, between Loops 2500 & 2700.

Did they take the second TV out again? In Feb 2003 there was only one, but in Feb 2005 there were two. I don't recall there being front plug ins on either TV. There was one VCR (actually a VCP, it does not record, we found out the hard way because we wanted to tape a Survivor and ended up missing it.) The murphy bed slept both my MIL and FIL quite comfortably, and they are not *small* people, LOL.

We were there in Feb and they had two TV's ,one in the bedroom.The TV in the living room had hook ups and a DVD-VCR player .The living room TV had connections for internet, but that costs $10 for 24 hours.

1. YES, there is a TV in the bedroom

2. The living room TV has a vcr, dvd player

3. There are jacks for computer games. We used them.

4 One bathroom but if there are only 4 of you it will be fine.

5. Murphy bed is ok for two, not great but fine for and adult and child.

6. Pool is closest to 2500, 2400 and 2600 loops. Ask when you check in to be close to the pool. They are generally very accomodating

You will have a great time there!!!

I knew you guys could help me.

We take the official "vote" this weekend, so I can have something booked by Monday.

If we're not able to swing the cost this trip, we are going for a weekend trip sometime after Sept. we are thinking we will stay in a cabin then. So I need the info for any future trips.

We really want to try them out.

Woo-hoo! Last time we stayed in a cabin, there was no TV in the bedroom. I'm glad they added them!!
