A & E - the struggle is REAL

We were there several years ago around the time of the Rapunzel crazy (before Fastpass was option.) We got to the park before RD so we were towards the front of the crowd to go into the park. After RD, we went right to her queue line and only had to wait 30 minutes. It wasn't as bad as everything I had been reading about before our trip. So try stand by, you never know. BTW, we also didn't promise our children that we would meet her just in case. I am so glad it worked out. I hope it works out for you too.

Sort of like the old classic:

"What time does the 3:00 parade start?"

We'll that was uncalled for... I only meant to ask because so many factors come in to play and everyone's vacations are different... Just because OP is 30 days out could mean any number of things. I should have been more specific to say... What days, what parks, etc.

We were there this past Sunday, 3/8. Park opened at 8:00, but we didn't get to the park until 8:15 or so. We got in line for A&E at 8:20, posted SB wait was 65 minutes. We were done and out of there by 8:48, so the actual wait was probably closer to 20 minutes. Good luck!

Yep we went Sunday as well.

We were there the week after Easter last year. We went a RD - my husband wiggled up to be right at the rope as you are walked down main street - he went straight into the line - my daughter and I then caught up with him and we waited about 30min. We actually were only about 15 people back but for some reason they were a bit delayed in starting. I think it is doable at RD - it was worth it!
