BUT REALLY, WELCOME TO MY NEWEST TRIP REPORT!

I had taken a pretty big break from the Dis, but am back in full force, and part of why I LOVE PTR's so much, is to find out WHO ELSE is going to be down at the same time as you, and potentially say "HI" *waves*

So, let's get going on these intoductions, shall we?
I'm Katt!

I'm your classic 27 year old Disney freak, dancer, amateur photographer. I grew up LOVING Disney, mermaids, princesses and bookworms. When the Wizarding World of Harry Potter was announced, I KNEW I HAD TO GO (also a HUGE Potter Head here #slytherin). Since we were going to be in Florida, we figured we should probably go to Disney too, right?! Well, that was May 2011, it's been almost 6 years, and there have been TWENTY EIGHT visits to Disney Parks around the world. 3 to Disneyland, 1 to Tokyo Disney, 1 to Shanghai Disneyland, and 1 to Hong Kong Disneyland. And in 2014/2015, I did a one year program working in Epcot at Le Cellier, and living in Disney Housing! Disney is just a way of life!
I live up in Canada, Vancouver currently, working in the food & beverage industry. I would love to continue a career with Disney (lookin at you Tokyo) or work in the health/fitness industry OR something with travel/tourism in the near future.

Quick Service: Anything in Epcot
Table Service: 1900 Park Faire, Le Cellier, Boma​

Now, who else is coming on this trip? One of my best friends, Steven!

He's 21, we met while working at a dinner theater in Calgary. He currently still works there, as well as the Disney Store, and owns his own Princess Party company over in Calgary! We've travelled together to WDW 6 times, he visited me twice, and we've travelled to Phoenix to attend a Disney audition together too!

He loves Magic Kingdom, Lady Tremaine, Elena, Tiana, cupcakes, Festival of the Lion King​

I'm SUPER excited to stay here again, we've done the Mermaid rooms & the Lion King suites before, but it's been a LONG time. We LUCKED out as they're not usually offered with a CM discount, but we snagged one at 40% off (still costing over a grand, but hey, we'll take it).

Uh…duh…Disney

Also Steven & I haven’t had a trip together in nearly THREE years, so we're both super excited to have a vacation together.
This trip ALSO spans over both of our birthdays! Originally I'd been thinking of doing something like Mexico or Vegas since it was my "champagne birthday" but then I realized, why do something new when you could do something YOU KNOW you'll love?!



The overview of our plan are as follows:

Saturday May 27th: Arrive & check in at AoA, potentially run to Walmart depending on arrival time
Sunday May 28th: (my birthday): Magic Kingdom w/Hoop Dee Doo
Monday May 29th: Disney Springs, resort hopping. 1900 Park Faire Dinner
Tuesday May 30th: (Steven's bday): Epcot. Trattoria Character Breakfast
Wednesday May 31: Hollywood Studios Lunch at 50's Prime Time
Thursday June 1st: Magic Kingdom
Friday June 2nd: Animal Kingdom
Saturday June 3rd: Universal, park hopping to both parks
Sunday June 4th: Magic Kingdom
Monday June 5th: Departure for home Brunch at Trails End depending on flight times.

Good morning!!! Now, I'm not going to go over arrival day plans since there basically are none lol. Today, is a very important day, as IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!

We'll be headed into the parks right away for rope drop at 9:00am!

And spend some time grabbing pictures or maybe a quick run through Fairytale Hall before our first stop of the day;

The Main Street Trolley Show! (which is also our Disneybound for the day). You'll find throughout this adventure, we've made a fair amount of friends who work for Disney, and some of my favorite people are in this show!
When the show's done, we'll probably head over into Frontierland to conquer some MOUNTAINS!

I've only seen it once, and Steven hasn't seen it at all, so we'll see how we like it! We'll take some time to meet some characters

For lunch, my guess is we'll do some Quick Service, since we have big dinner plans;

Post show, it kinda depends how we're feeling, and how tired we are. The late show usually ends around 10:30, and with Avatar opening, there's PM EMH until 1 am....and what better way to experience Pandora for the first time than after a few hours of sangria consumption?! We've also got NO early plans the next morning so the chances of this happening are pretty likely!!
