A Disney Start to 2015 - What a Dream! :-) Disney dream 12/29/2014

Just booked this today!!! Will be our 3rd DCL cruise, 2nd time on the Dream. We went on our first last month for spring break, and my addiction has begun! We booked on board for the Fantasy in 8/2014, but the allure of NYE on DCL sucked me in to booking one more.
I'm a teacher so always have to travel at peak times. Booking early seems to keep the price in my league. There will be four of us--me (Renee), DH, DS (11 at time of cruise), and DD (7 at time of cruise.) Can't wait to meet you all!

A couple weeks ago I got a mailer for this.. I guess I didn't expect anything so early. I wasn't on the lookout and there's usually a 50/50 shot the DW would have opened it, but luckily she didn't.

I'm hoping to keep this under wraps until at least Christmas '13. If anyone gets something in the mail or otherwise contacted about this cruise, please share.

Thanks!! What do you teach? I teach HS Spanish. Super ready for summer right now, but bummed cause no DCL for us until Aug. 2014. Doubt we'll make a tradition of the NYE but I'm excited to give it a try!

This will be our 7th cruise, and I for sure feel like 99.9% of what I know, I learned on the DIS. It really is the greatest place I found to learn. And you can always come over here and ask questions if you aren't comfortable asking on the main board.

We just stepped off the Disney Wonder this morning in Vancouver. We just had a spectacular week cruising the Inside Passage of Alaska. Obviously we booked our next cruise on the ship to receive the 10% discount and we chose this itinerary. So barring any unforeseen health issues, we will be joining you on the dream. My wife and I are both middle school teachers. I teach 6th grade world history and she teaches 6-8 science. We have two boys 7 & 4 at the time of the cruise. I will start a FE list when we return and I can sit and do it and will provide all the pertinent information at that time. We look forward to meeting all of you!

Well guys I am in the process of changing cruises. My TA should be processing it now. We are going to cruise the Wonder instead so we can get 5 days instead of 4 for the same price. Everyone enjoy this cruise though.

I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone. This will be our 5th Disney Cruise (2nd New Years Eve cruise). Super excited to be doing New Years Eve on the ship again. Disney does a great job in making the night fantastic!

We are traveling with 3 families but the other 2 families have never cruised before.

Myself-Angie
DD-Emily (she will just have turned 13 2 weeks before cruise)

We are all planning on participating in the FE as well.

You will absolutely LOVE the Alaskan Cruise. Our waiter was AMAZING. His name is Sedat Albayrak from Turkey. If you would like to request him, you wont be sorry.

I have been a Blackhawks fan since 1987! I a serious fan and got to watch the Shaw's game 1 winner as we were exiting the Tracy Arm Fjord. The game was going on during our dinner and after dinner I went down to Diversions to see if any of the game was left and got to see the end. Amazing! Missed most of the game because reception while in the Fjord was minimal. Here's a pic of me and my wife, Bobbie, with Pat & Eddie at the 2010 Blackhawks Convention.
