This park can have Elsas castle from Frozen and he lands can include:Main street usa,Frontierland,Fantasyland,Sci fi City (A new name for tommarrow), Mickeys toon town and The New Land Hollywood My Predicted location can be somewhere at Sand hill Ln in Bryceville(which is 3hrs and 1min from The Magic kingdom and 45 mins from Downtown Jacksonville).

The Attractions can include:

Fantasyland:A Untitled Carousel,Dumbo the Flying Elephant,Peter Pans Flight,Untitled 3D ride,The Seven Dwarfs Mine train,Splash Mountain,Mad Tea cups,The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh and The Haunted Manor(A ride with scenes and Audio Animatronics from the Haunted mansion and Phantom manor).

Sci Fi city:Buzz Lightyears Alien Shooters,Stitch live,The Orbiter
,A Untitled Launch Coaster,Guardians of the galaxy mission breakout and Autotopia

Hollywood:The Tower Of Terror,The Art of Disney animation,Untitled Muppet ride and An Untitled Special Effects show

Adventurelandirates of the Caribbean battle through the sunken treasure,Jungle Expedition(An Indoor Jeep ride),Aladdins magic carpets And an Untitled Jungle book ride.

They'd either build a new park with all of the land they still have at WDW or they'd pick somewhere very far away not just an hour or two.

Again it would have to be far enough away from any other Disney park that it can be a destination.
