We were really tired the night we had dinner at WCC. Our waitress seemed very angry and it wasnt funny at all. They didnt have enough stick horses for the girls and the service was slow! No special stickers in my food however. Was it a Mickey one??? I wouldnt go back either.
Oh yeah and I have to say your DH "Hammy" and yourself "Jammy" rhyme! Great update! Can't wait for more!

Why oh why have I read your entire report and never posted

I really try to not be a lurker...makes me feel kinda creepy.

Anyway...your children are beautiful!

I so hate the WC was not good...I really wanted to go there next trip...now I may rethink the whole thing!!

Jacob has a soft spot in his heart for Tessa too, sorry to tell you Teresa. And there is the girl whom in he had in class every year since kindergarten, and another girl in his class last year...

I am quite certain he will be in a tizzy at the Feb meet with all the beautiful disboutiquer girls there!

Awwww, Heather, that's so sweet. Jacob was trying to convince Megan to watch the Hannah Montana movie because Arminda asked if Megan watched it yet. He was telling her, but Megan, Arminda really thinks you should watch it!

I won't break Arminda's heart by telling her that! Don't worry though Steph, Arminda knows she's too young for a boyfriend!

UGH on your WC dinner! We loved it but "got" to sit in the real dining area with some seriously obnoxious servers. Sorry for your experience! I swear, there must be one meal like this per trip! If it makes you feel any better, it makes for a great TR when things go horribly wrong

I totally get it about wanting to dine in Florida and not Park City or Jackson Hole.

Your breakfast was meh? LOL! Jacob was over my shoulder while reading and asked who the kids were and I pointed them out and said, that's Luke, who Tessa wants to marry. And he said, really? I think he was a little jealous!

I didn't really think our lunch at WL was that great either. It's tough when not everyone is in character and why would they torture little Lily with no crayons like that? That's not nice!

My favorite picture is the one trying to get three to pose together. Does Lily have a fistful for Luke's hair?

I don't know about that Jacob Maybe it will all change at our Dismeet in Feb. and yes, Lily has a fistful of Luke's hair and Jayden is "flicking" him. I don't know what the poor guy did to them.

We have never had exceptional service or food at WCC either! Jayden looks so cute little!

I'd have rather been called soggy buns! I love that mom tatoo shirt. I got it from a local boys' clothing company (Dogwood). I'll save it for Sawyer when Luke outgrows it

Sounds like we had the same waitress! Hammy + Jammy = Spongie and Utahmama call me Jammy in person, but it is really funny when Spongie's Jayedyn calls me Jammy. She says it very seriously and sincerely. I think she thinks it's my real name.

I do that accidental lurking thing all the time...like on your TR which I love BTW! You should still give it a try, just refuse the hidden table!

What better way to start our final day than Chef Mickey’s! We got everyone ready and I went and checked our luggage in at our resort’s ME counter. That went pretty smoothly! Then we took the bus to the MK and the monorail over to the Contemporary. It was pretty early in the morning so we were a little surprised to see SUCH a long check-in line! And wall-to-wall stroller parking.

Finally we got checked in and took our plate photo. It was meh so we didn’t buy it. We had to sit down a while and wait after that. We were waiting in an area where the characters had to pass by us to get from one section of the restaurant to the other which was nice. Lily was already getting a lot of attention from them and we weren’t even seated. We waited through 2 or 3 napking twirlings and were finally seated. We really enjoyed ourselves. The kids love buffets and tend to eat pretty well at them. Seth is a very picky eater, but for some reason buffets are his thing. The food was actually pretty good. We spent quite a bit of time here. Our drink refills were really slow in coming, so it wasn’t our fault. We saw some of the characters more than once. Get ready for lots of pictures!

After Chef Mickey’s we had a few hours before we needed to go back to our resort and catch ME to the airport so of course we went off to say goodbye to MK. The weather was AMAZING today—perfect. It was a tad on the cool side, which was nice since we needed jackets for the flight home anyway. The skies were so clear and blue. I walked into MK, looked at the castle, took a deep breath and just stood there. It was perfect! (Except for the fact that DH did not stop and was beelining it for Space Mountain).

We had such a nice morning in the park. We hit some of our favorite rides one last time. We got a few last photopass photos.

We lamented the closure of Splash Mountain one last time.

We went to the candy store on Main Street and loaded up on the yummiest big fat chocolate chip cookies with our remaining snack credits. Before we knew it it was time to go.

Lily fell asleep on the bus ride back to POR. She slept through plopping her in the stroller when we got off the bus..

She slept through a DIAPER CHANGE… (this is really rare)

Our timing was perfect. As soon as I came out of the bathroom from changing Lily’s diaper, the bus was here and Mike had all our carry-ons loaded.

The airport

I have to say the flight home was really calm and uneventful. If there was such a thing as a perfect last day, then this would be it.

And that would be a really sad ending for me if I didn’t have any new trips to plan. Fortunately soon after we got home, I started scheming up a Disneyland trip for October. Luke’s birthday happens to coincide nicely with a school break, so all I had to do was get Luke to very sweetly ask daddy if we could go to Disneyland for his birthday. I think of all the kids, Luke is the one that can get away with anything with daddy.

And in more recent developments, my 40th birthday trip to Hawaii turned into a 40th birthday trip to Disneyworld! When we decided we would be going back to Disneyworld in February 2009, I asked the kids what one place they would like to eat again and they all simultaneously yelled “Chef Mickey’s!!!”

So CHEF MICKEY’S HERE WE COME!!

I found your TR. Wow, a cruise that's awesome. I've heard the Disney Cruise is the BEST!!! I just didn't think my kids would make it on a boat for that long right now, they've honestly never been on that big of a boat before. They've been on a little boat, and Ethan didn't like it. Lonnie has a ton of interveiws tommorow and Next week CROSSING our fingers I know (That if Khrystian is still alive) after the stunt he pulled today ... he would love to ride some rides with Jayeden..
