To my knowledge there is no "French" night. And if there were, I'd imagine it would now be called "Freedom" night...

WELL I DO KNOW THERE IS A NIGHT WHEN THEY HAVE ESCARGOT AND SOME OTHER FRENCH ITEMS AND THAT IS THE NIGHT WHEN WE HAVE GONE IN THE PAST.

That would be the night you are in Lumieres for the regular menu.
