I wanted to share this with you.

Last night (9/12/01), we went to see Disney's Beauty and the Beast, hosted by the AMT San Jose. The show was great, but that's not what I wanted to share. At the end of the show, amidst the applause, the lead actor (don't have his name here) came out and called for a moment of silence. Following that, the cast and crew led the audience in the singing of "God Bless America". Wow... Sometimes the Magic has nothing to do with the performances, costumes, or sets. It's the people, and these folks were absolutely wonderful.

Wow, what an amazing story. Thanks for sharing. :)

I love to hear about the prayers, caring and unity our country
has during these terrible times.

Thank for caring WDW staff !
God Bless.

Disneyland stopped all attractions at noon on Friday and stopped all the music. They had a moment of silence and lead the entire park in a song of GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Check out Beauty & the Beast on IMAX starting January 1st, 2002. Check disney.com for locations.
