A DC Diser needs help

I am interesting situation, and I hope someone can offer advice. I am a student in DC and work for an on-campus employer. They still haven't paid me for several hours that I previously worked. I was also told that I was denied a promotion in my dept because I had a "history" with the dept. Basically, I went to the aadministration when I was told they might not honor a contract that I had with the dept. I also know of several other employees who have not been paid properly. I tried looking at the DOL web site, but I couuldn't seem to find any useful info......I'm pretty confused

Here's what I'd like to know:
1. can i file a complaint with the nlrb/dol, etc
2. who should i file it with
3. is there anything else that i can/should do?

Any replies or PMs with advice will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I have no idea.....but, does your school have an Ombudsman program? I wonder if they could help you even though your complaint is not educationally based. Good luck - it sounds pretty frustrating!
