A day by myself at Disney?

I am a Disney fan that hasn't been in 5 years. I have to go to LA second week of January and am consider a short visit to the parks by myself. I would be there the late afternoon/evening of the 13 and all day the 14. The calendar doesn't show any parades or shows so I am wondering if I will be disappointed? I don't mind traveling by my self and going on rides alone.....thoughts?

I have been to Disneyland and WDW by myself and hag a great time. You can use single rider as needed and eat where you want and nobidy will complain about your choices. There is plenty to do without parades. If Fantasmic and fireworks aren’t showing enjoy the beauty of the parks at night without as many people....hopefully.

I go by myself all the time and love it. I have an AP but live out of state. I'll be there the 16-18 of Jan just doing my thing. Single rider lines, the rides I want to go on, the foods I want to eat... perfect!

I’ll be there on the 13th (Sunday), as per usual. FWIW, Sundays in the park are always fantastic. Mondays have a mixed reputation. But Sundays are wonderful. I typically leave the park by 3:00 or 4:00. Hope you have a great time! I’d send you maps but I won’t be back to SOCal for another two weeks.

Are parades and shows important to you? If yes, then yes. If no, then no.
