A Crystal Ball question re flights!

When we went to WDW in 2009, I remember checking the flights 11 months ahead and watching them go up and down on almost a daily basis before deciding on a good price and buying them.

However, this year I have been watching them for a couple of months and the most the prices have moved is £1! Is this normal now? Has anyone experience of this or does everyone think they are likely to go up or down?

Sorry, I did say it's a crystal ball question lol. I'm not expecting anyone to know the answer as such, but more people's experiences of this type of pattern of pricing.

Thanks everyone :)

what dates you wanting?
Direct or willing to fly indirect?
For peak times they tended to be a reasonable price on release then go up, sometimes sales/offers broughtprice back down. Now with Virgin they seem to be high on release and get higher, few offers for summer dates, others holidays a bit beter.
For indirect, again higher than I will pay on release but more chance of price changes, there has been great prices for next summer with Delta from £450pp.
As you said its a crystal ball situation, no-one can know how the prices will go.
