A couple of ?'s

We are going on the March 6th Eastern (me, DH, DD 15, DS almost 13, DS almost 10 and DS 7. ) I'm so excited I can hardly stand it. I have a couple of questions....what should I tip the limo driver? We are using a service and the owner will be our driver and will be taking us from the airport hotel to the port and back again. Also my DH and I are planning on doing Palo's for brunch to celebrate my birthday and we aren't really drinkers but wondered if champange (sp?) is included or extra?

Champagne Brunch automatically includes one glass of Korbel Champage for each individual. Any additional glasses of champagne or champagne drinks (and they have some good ones!) cost extra.
