Hey Guys!
Well, it looks like were gonna try Universal this summer! I'm so excited! Anyway, as a first timer - i've got a couple of questions.

1) What's the number for onsite reservations? Is there a specific number for Universal, or is it just Loews central reservations?

2) Does anybody have an idea of the differences between Hard Rock and the Royal Pacific besides the theming?
