Hi,
I am getting married on Dec. 4th of 2007 and was wondering a couple of things. We are planning on the Wedding Pavilion with an intimate 18 guests

1. What is the best time to get married? I dont want there to be sun shining in the windows, but I dont want it to be too cold either. So like 2:00?

2. Also how well is the Pavilion decorated?

3. If I go with an outside photographer or videographer, do they count in my guest number?

4. How long do i have the Pavilion for? I want to get a lot of pictures taken.

That's all for now, I know I will have more later. Thanks

we got married at 2pm, and apart from it raining it was a great time slot.
the pavilion isnt decorated as such, you can provide decoration but it doesnt really need any.
outside vendors dont count in your guest list
weddings at the pavilion are normally spaced 2 hours apart so you get it for just over an hour to let them get it ready for the next wedding. thats plenty of time for photos
hope this helps
karen

I think the afternoon times for the pavilion in 2007 are noon, 2:30 and 5pm so you should have plenty of time in and around it for photo's before the next wedding.

You can pay extra for decorations in the pavilion if you wanted.
