I have been told that you can send any items you have bought to a shop in disney village for collection later. What is the latest time you are allowed to collect your stuff? And if you miss the deadline, can you collect it the next day?

Also, I have the Brits Guide to DLP, and was wondering if the discount vouchers are easy to use. Are the staff there familier with the vouchers or would they have to find their manager to help etc.

Two weeks to go!

You can ave your purchases sent to your Disney hotel or to the Disney Store at the Village. Your purchase must be made before 3pm (to check!!!!) and you can pick it up after 5 or 6 PM (to check too!)

I think you can pick it up until closing time of the shop (at the hotel, you also have to pick it up at the boutique). I am not sure what they do when you don't pick it up in time...

We used the coupon in Brits guide for Planet Hollywood last year. We took the book with us & showed thwe server the coupon as we ordered. I don't think she'd seen one before but accepted it.

When the bill came it was without the discount. When we pointed this out they apologised & issued another bill. It wasn't a problem.

It brought our bill down to under 100 euros for 4 of us so it was well worth it.

Our DD 15 loved the collection service. it was especially great for ride photos much less chance of them getting damaged.

sorry, im new here but whats a DD15? Sorry to be dim.

In this case it stands for Dear/Darling/Disney Daughter (aged 15). Here is a list of abbreviations. :)

We used the Brit's Guide discount at Planet Hollywood. The waiter showed it to his manager who drew a line through it and handed us back our book, and the discount was applied to our bill. With the bill was a Planet Hollywood voucher for 20% off another meal there, had to be used during the day, before 5pm I think.

We sent a package back to our hotel and didn't pick it up until the next day, no problems.

Have a great trip!

Michelle

there was a post about this a while ago on a thread I started when somebody said that you would be able to use it more than once as they did not mark the book or sign it or anything.
