A couple of FP+?

I can book FB+ on Nov 3. I have a few questions that I would like to ask.

1. I went onto MDE under the FP section and only see my name to select for FP. Will DH and DS show up when the window opens?

2. I want to verify the time that I can book. Since my window opens I am able to book at midnight on Nov 3 EST.

Any other tips?
