I have done WW on and off for 4+ years :blush:

Today is the first time I ate the right amount of points, exercised for 30 mins, and got in all of my serving of fruits and veggies, dairy, water and my vitamin.

Hopefully I am finally really serious about this weight-loss thing :woohoo: :woohoo:

Congratulations! You have one day and now you know that it can be done. Just add another day and keep on keepin' on. WISHing you success as you make it through one day at a time!

WooHoo!! Good job! I am on WW too, and I know how hard it can be to make sure you get in all the right stuff!! Today, not so much for me. In fact, I have 9 points left over. And I'm just not hungry.

I think the world might end.

No... I think my body is just having a hard time adjusting to all the fruits/veggies/fiber/water, and I'm eating a LOT of low-point foods, so I'm full....
