What do you do or what do you take to get rid of a cold?

I have heard Zycam is good. I don't care for nose sprays, but Jim swears by Zycam.

drink lots of water and get some rest!
That is what is working for me.,

If the cold is at the beginning stages, I use Zicam. They come in either nasal sprays or swabs. Otherwise plenty of rest and OJ I hope you are feeling better soon!
