A Britney Spears fan breaks down

Has anyone seen this guy Chris Crocker break down over Britney Spears? I saw a small clip of it on MSNBC...well, what I saw made me go out and look for the whole thing. I personally think it's funny. Here's the link. Be careful because this guy does drop the F bomb a couple of times as well as a couple of other curse words.

I find it comical too. The clip was actually on the news and there was a phone interview with him. He was asked if the whole thing was an act. He said that he is known on youtube for his video acting so he knows why people might think that but he claims that this is the real thing, not acting.

Over the top definitely, but I think he was serious. I heard him on a phone interview and he said he loves Britney, thinks we are all scum for making fun of her and it broke his heart the way she was being trashed, ect, ect. He sounded totally sincere. If he were acting, I think he'd love to say "Fooled you! See what a good actor I am?"

It's a joke folks...Look at him wiping away his tears, funny though, look closely, there really aren't any.

This is just another Youtube 'Lonely Girl' schtick ... Not that there's anything wrong with that.

haha my roommate had me watch that when I got home last night. He was so excited - he couldn't believe how ridiculous Chris Crocker is. When I said it was clearly a joke, he insisted I was wrong. When I pulled up Chris's myspace page (which features many other similar videos, and explains that he is an actor looking to become a television personality), my roommate was crushed to learn it really was someone just hamming it up for the camera.
