A Brady Wedding

I'm guessing since Florence Henderson was against the marriage that Adrian didn't even invite her. I'm with the rest of you, 2 years tops and I wouldn't be the slightest bit suprised if they've seperated already and are just keeping it quiet.

I thought the funniest scene was during the bachelor/bachelorette party episode. Chris and his friends wanted to go to a strip club. Adrienne was crying and saying something along the lines of "Don't go-people still think of you as Peter Brady-you'll ruin your reputation." (As if we hadn't seen any unBradylike behavior in previous episodes!)

I was thinking the same thing!

I think that the whole marriage is a total train wreck. I would be surprised if they make it a year. I think "little Peter" was doing the thinking when he made the decision to marry her.

I watched the whole thing in a marathon the other day ( I know, I am hanging my head in shame...) and he expressed his doubts in every single episode. How many times did he need to say he didn't think they were doing the right thing? He really came across as a guy with major issues. I really think he is in lust with her, not in love with her.

I did think the last couple of episodes that showed Barry Williams were funny though, talk about a newly divorced guy on the prowl! I noticed they didn't show whether or not HE went into the strip club...

Chris and Adrienne were on Regis last Friday and they are still married. They seemed more like an old married couple on Regis and acted much more normal.

I have to thank the original poster. I was thinking of asking if anyone had actually watched this but thought people would think I was looney. I am so glad to see I'm with a bunch (would that be a brandy bunch?) of looney people.

It is like a train reck, you just keep having to tune in.

I missed the wedding too. Well got to watch the reruns. Dh and I were laughing at the B/B parties. Dh wanted to shower with the girls. I couldn't believe they showed that on tv.

I admit that I watched every episode. I can't see this possibly lasting too long. What bothered me about him is that he always storms away in a hissy fit. He did it at the bachelor party and on the wedding episode. I believe he has done it several times before during the seasons.

I was completely turned off by the way she had to practically BEG him to marry her. I mean, you either want to get married or you don't. If you have to discuss it that much, than maybe it's not the right time for you. Frankly, I think they are both spoiled brats. Neither one seems to handle not getting their way very well.

Yes, I'm glad you thought so too. When she doesn't have a smoke in her hand and not speaking she looks nice. But wow, you open her lips, put that smoke in her hand and she seems like white trash. Opps did I just say that? I give it a year tops, and they will be split up. No way will they make it. I would almost bet the farm on it.

I too was in for the long haul. ANTM,SRL,MFB, I watched them all. When I started watching the wedding one DD made the comment that Chirs is my age is Adrienne is the same age as DS. Thats when the whole creepy factor kicked in for me.

I just couldn't watch it anymore without thinking he is nothing but a dirty old man!!! I must say he is a very hot looking dirty old man, but its still creepy!

I know people get married all the time and have wide age gaps, but there is just something about this whole thing that is creepy.

When I was watching the bachelor/ette party episode all I could think of was what her parents and grandmother must think of her after seeing that. I would be mortified if that were my daughter behaving like that. Especially knowing full well that it was all being recorded to show the entire world.

She must not have very much respect for herself or her family. Also, the constant burping and the flashing at the wedding really got on my nerves. Have a little class! The only person in that episode that showed even the smallest amount of class was Christopher's friend that said he did not want to be seen there because he had a wife and kids to think about.

I'm here to add my shallow two cents. I thought that in spite of being an attractive girl, she looked awful at the wedding. Her dress and veil were pretty but the Morticia extensions and black eyeshadow ruined it.

Barry Williams is so cute, I wish he'd get a reality show. :lol:
