A bit of help please

We’re about 2 hrs out and have to stop at publix for a pickup order. We still have no room ready email or room # on the app. We’re exhausted (downpours through 1/2 of Georgia and the stop and go due to holiday traffic have added almost 2.5 hrs to our journey. We just want to go directly to our room. Does anyone have a number for SSR that I can call? TIA
