A big woohoo and an induction question

Well, day 4 of my cheat-free induction--so far, so good! I am a high school teacher and just got back from a pool party with 6 of my fave students and another teacher. Here's the best part--I didn't cheat!

We had a mini-flood in our basement last night at 11:30 pm, so DH and I were up until 1 am sucking up water...sump pump backed up. Could have been worse...at least no bathrooms in the basement! Only the washer and RO system.

Anyway, I did not have a plan for today due to my lack of sleep. I went to the party totally unprepared. Today was the first time I'd been tempted to cheat...chips, turtle brownies, real pop, etc. BUT I DIDN'T!!!! I had 2 hot dogs and 2 hamburgers, no buns. There were no veggies in sight (they're teenagers!), so I had no choice.

OK...now my induction question is about the elimination of waste products from the body. It's a delicate question, but I have no one else to ask. Could an Atkins pro please PM me and I'll PM you back with my question? I'd appreciate it!

good for you for resisting temptations. You are at the hardest part of the Atkins and you are doing it Hope the other problem resolves itself soon. Drink lots of water, and pessillium husk...helps
