Juliana is even beautiful at 5 in the morning. And that just isn't right.

I knew they'd be on the way very soon! Hurrah for mom and dad! I had forgotten that you had the one day tix to tide you over. I was frantically trying to do the "fuzzy postal math", and couldn't figure out AT ALL how you'd get into the parks Monday AM.

I'm here! Glad you got the tickets situation figured out.
My DH went to Pennsylvania 2 years ago to buy a truck (several hours away) and left the certified check on the desk at home! Luckily they let him wire the money from the bank.

Make sure to post your pics to the pop picture thread. I just started a new one as the old one was close to it's limit.

ok...I just got in on this TR and I have had a roller coaster of emotions....from the dreaded Oh My God feeling to relief that your parents found themand sent them to you. Geez! I am too old for this ha ha.

You guys were in the same building as us! Our room was 6101 so we had the very last room and it was quieter than the one we had last year. Can't wait to see more pictures!

Phew! I am so glad the tickets were found and on their way to you!! That would make my heart stop!

We've stayed at POP a few times and really love it. I think it's a great value resort; yes, the food court can get crowded but other than that, it's one of my favorite resorts on-property!

Wow, how many people have done the same thing as you and forgotten their tickets?? I'll bet it's more common than we think. I'm glad that your mom and FIL were able to get them sent to you!

I love POP! Whenever we stay at a value, that is the only place to stay!

The WIDE AWAKE at 5 AM picture is priceless.

Reminds me of my boys at 4AM...of course they were sawing logs after 30 Minutes on the road...but pretty much bouncing at 4AM.

Believe me I was sweating! Plus it was about 90 degrees!!! LOL

Once Juliana got out of bed she was bouncing all over the place!

Juliana doesn't go back to sleep on the plane! She stays awake the whole time!

Just be prepared for busy at POP. We still had fun here despite the crowds.

I didn't mention that my mom works for the USPS! She knows all the ins and outs of getting something shipped fast!

It was a relief knowing the tix were on the way!

I try to take pictures of everything throughout the day. Then I know where I was and have the time I was there. It helps quite a bit. Then I am able to fill in the blanks!

Night now our method is the computer.. I am so behind printing out pictures.

We finished lunch and walked back to the car for the drive over to the 70's parking lot. We pulled into the lot and found a parking space right next to the path to the 70's section. We unload the car... we had 3 suitcases, 2 backpacks, a stroller, computer case, diaper bag, and a pocketbook. We start the walk over to our building.

I've seen many people complain here on the DIS about how the Moderate Resorts are so spread out. We did more walking here to our car and bus stops than we ever did when we stayed at Coronado Springs in March. If you are ever thinking about staying at a Mod, do it! Sorry... back to the story!

We found our room 6348. It was a third floor room in the 70's section facing the lake right across from the ice-machine and next to the elevators. I had requested a 60's 4th floor room facing Epcot. Oh well, we didn't get what I wanted but honestly I didn't care. I was just happy to be at POP! Here is our great view from the door of our room. Maybe I can enter this into the worst room view thread?

We opened the door and what did I notice first????? Two paper bags full of goodies from Mommy2LittleVols that were already delivered. One bag was full of water and juice. The next bag had chips, animal crackers, 2 bags of goldfish, cookies, glowsticks, glowwands, a coloring book, crayons, & TP. There was also an unopened 8 pack of paper towels and a fan spray bottle (God knows, we used it!! LOLOL). Thank you so much Julia!!!! We really appreciated everything you left us!!!!

We started unpacking.. AKA trashing the room! Here are some pictures of the room.

I would say that it wasn't the best view in all of Disney.LOL

My computer is 9 1/2 inches wide X 14 inches long. It almost took up the whole safe. We were still able to fit in a small case of jewelry, the car keys, and Mel's wallet. I could of stuffed more in there.... but we had nothing else! LOL

When we got off the plane, Mel's mom brought us (Juliana) 3 packs of Disney window clings. She found them at the dollar store next to her house. Figures..

Honestly, the only time I worry about my car is when we arrive and when we leave....we tend to not go outside WDW property, so we just use the buses. Crazy, I know.
