A Baby's Best Friend Delivery Change?

Hi everyone! I had read previously that ABBF usually delivered items to the front desk for pick-up. Super convenient. However, I'm seeing that now, for those at Disney resorts, you have to text them upon arrival to schedule delivery. Which would work if we were getting in early, but we're not supposed to get it until after 5pm (probably get to resort around 5:15pm). My daughter will need the crib ASAP. And it sounds like they won't do later deliveries either. I'm thinking that this is no longer a good option for us.

Has anyone used them recently that can talk about how delivery/pick-up went? It just sounds so inconvenient!

I have never used them, but we always use the crib offered by Disney with no issues. They are usually a pack n play but have always been clean and in good shape. So that could be an option if this other thing doesn't pan out.

My daughter will be two, and is very tall, so I think she might be a bit smushed in the pack n plays! It's always an option though!

I just booked a stroller with Let's Go Stroller rental and they have 1 crib option. I have to meet them as well but they had later delivery windows. You might want to take a look at them.

If I recall correctly, this change was made due to Disney's policy change about companies being able to leave rented items with luggage services, so you will likely run into this same sort of delivery with any company unfortunately. Maybe contact ABBF and see if you can arrange a delivery time instead of having to wait to let them know you are there once you arrive?

I was wondering if that was the case! I just wish they had guaranteed, later delivery windows. They make it sound like if it's after 5pm, they may not deliver that evening
