A ? about the room Key!

Hi everyone my DBF and I will be going to disney may 11th i know the room key can be used as a charge card but i was wondering does that work at the restaurants and any food place as well or just the stores!... any advice would be apppreciated.. we are trying to see if we oculd aviod bringing alot of cash into the park!..thanks..

We have used our key for anywhere you can use credit cards. (Stores, restaurants ect...) The only place that couldnt was the little carts in the middle of nowhere. They arent hooked up to the phone lines or what ever they use to verify the card.
