I have to book a room with transferred points, so I have to call it in. I am booking 11 months out but I lose the hour because of online booking so I want to get on the phone with Member Services ASAP at 9AM.
My question is, do I have to call right at 9AM or can I call before then and just wait until they open at 9AM?
