9AM Member Services question: do I call right at 9AM?

I have to book a room with transferred points, so I have to call it in. I am booking 11 months out but I lose the hour because of online booking so I want to get on the phone with Member Services ASAP at 9AM.

My question is, do I have to call right at 9AM or can I call before then and just wait until they open at 9AM?

Right at 9am. If you call before that you'll get a message they are closed.
 
I did it yesterday because the website was down. I hit 1 for member services about 1 minute before and got the closed message. Hit it again a couple times and then it went through. It's been awhile since I have called to book, I always use online. You have to key in your member # now. The second a cm answered, the website came up. I just stayed on the phone and had the cm do it, wasn't sure if the website would stay working. I was impressed that my call was answered right away.
