No. Rope drop occurs at about 8:45, and you'll enter with the masses.

You should be at the restaurant by 8:45am so you should be able to get in earlier. We have entered MK early with a reservation for 9:15am.

However, this is entirely CM discretion, and if they're doing open show for an effective 8:50 rope drop, they don't have to let you in, and often won't.
