Well they have all positive feedback for selling items like this so I would hope they are legit.

I ordered one for DH!

Can anyone recommend the best place to order a cover? I looked at some on ebay and most of them say "simulated leather" cover. Does he need a cover? He travels a lot and would take this with him on trips.

Even if it does turn out to be a scam, which I have no reason to believe it is, you pay via paypal. If the item is not as described, you don't receive it, etc., file a complaint w/paypal and 99.99% of the time, paypal sides with the buyer and you will get your money back.
I just called the number on the listing and it was a B&N number. I asked if they sell refurbished Nooks on ebay and she said yes, I asked her how I would know which was theirs and she said it would say "certified ereader direct from B&N" and they do. I'm not too worried. I'm excited I was able to get 2 for the price of one
