We are going to Universal during the week of June 6-13, 2009. We are going to buy the 99 dollar tickets online. Just a couple of questions...
Should I do the print out option or the will call window option?
Should I go ahead and buy them NOW? Is there a chance they will stop this promotion?

Regarding the "meal deal"
It is 21.00/day. Is it a good deal?

Thanks in advance!

On the tickets...you can either do print at home or electronic pickup. With the print at home option, your tickets will be sheets of paper which can be exchanged at Guest Services if you don't want to carry notebook paper sized tickets around. With the electronic pickup option, you will get regular tickets from the kiosks out front. All you would need to do this is the credit card used and the confirmation number. It's very easy to do and there's normally no lines. I would go ahead and purchase the tickets now as no one knows when the special will be over.

The Meal Deal is for people who like to eat a lot not for the casual diner. It offers regular theme park fare at three restaurants per park. The food is decent but you'll have to eat a lot to make it worth your while. You would probably be better off just purchasing your meals from where ever you want instead of being tied down to just three places. You can purchase the Meal Deal at either park should you decide to go that route. It does not have to be purchased in advance.

Make sure you buy them online, because they won't honor online/Florida residents discounts at the park.

My daughter and her fiance will be on their honeymoon and visiting US/IOA that week! :goodvibes

They'll be the ones riding Men in Black over and over again (DD's addicted to it and may wear DFi's patience thin at that point! :rotfl2:)!

Have a great trip! :cool1:

Gosh, I just assumed that when you purchased tix online, they mailed them to your - how dumb am I! I'm glad you posted this. We aren't going till the end of June, but I keep thinking I need to order my tix online so I can get the $99 deal

You can opt to have them mailed but that's just one more thing to keep up with. The electronic pick up option is easier since you don't have to worry about losing the tickets before you get there.

I just ordered tickets for my family on Saturday. We will pick them up at the Will Call window when we arrive. I would order the tickets now...just incase. We have never purchased the meal deal, we usually eat at sit down places at IoA/US and City Walk. We also eat some meals at Sal's (yummy!) since we are staying at the PBH.

I agree with metro cause we did print at home a few years ago and did the electronic pick up last year and found it much easier :thumbsup2

For our trip last fall we ordered online and used the electronic pickup. It was very quick and easy to do.
