The Grand is the new hotel that is opening on the backside of the timeshare part. According to the website, they are taking reservations for 10/4 and later. I wonder if this is some special soft opening for Wyndham Rewards members only that you got????

As a Wyndham timeshare owner, I received an offer for 3 nights for $179, with a $75 AmEx gift card given after attending a sales presentation.
No, these are not timeshare style "condos." These are hotel rooms with a mini-fridge.
