thats funny,,,,,,,,,,,BUT.........not really cuz the guy in the other car was critically injured, the driver of the other car has a lengthy history and he ran a red light which could have ended even worse.
critically injured undergoing many surgeries, = not funny

ETA I didn't finish the entire thing, I stopped at "hope his knee is ok " and it jostled his hair!
so yes the media is focusing on poor Tom around here with just a mention of the poor hurt person in the van

My inbox was flooded, they interrupted television. Thank you Boston, apparently it was quite a slowwwwwwwwwwwww news day if that was breaking news. You'd have never known that there was another person seriously injured in the accident, that was just a blurb at the end.

Come on, it's Tom Freakin Brady. He is a God in the Patriot land. He can throw a ...... wait for it....... football. He is married to a ...... wait for it..... super model.

I know all of you pat fans out there held your collective breaths until you found out the savior of football was safe and sound and his breakfast was still edible. He also signed his contract - and if he is unhappy later, he can claim he had a head injury and get out of it or just fake an injury.

I do feel bad for the injured drived, even if he was the one at fault. But he should be grateful that Tom wasn't hurt. The driver who injures Tom would never be able to show his face in New England again. His children would be outcasts. It wasn't the driver who was injured, it was the passenger who was his father. The driver should not have been behind the wheel with the driving history he had.

We were talking about this yesterday after the "Scare" Tom is DH's and I's Fantasy teams QB (we paid big bucks for him too!) My DH is a born and raised NE fan, all sports NE, Red Sox, Pats and Celtics.
I felt sorry for the poor sap who ran a red light in Boston of all places, land of the not so forgiving sports fan.
