90 Day window Question

I know this question has probably been answered more than a thousand times, but I am new to the dining board. In the past i never made ADRs or made them a few weeks before our trips. Now with free dining and other things it seems to be so hard to get many of the ADRs we want. So i am now forced to do the 90 day planning. We check into the Bay Lake Towers on October 21. Does this mean that I can start making my ADRs on July 21? Or is it on the 22nd? Thanks for your help.

Per this, your date is July 23 for October 21.

Also note that since you are staying in a Disney resort, you can call on the July 23 and make ADRs for up to 10 more days of your visit. No need to call separately for each day of your trip.
