90 Day PS Question?

We are almost at our 90 day point so we are looking at restaurant options now.

Can anyone tell me which restraunts need to be booked at the 90 day point to get seating? My DS is not interested in CRT so that is not part of the equation.

During the summer I would book anything you really have your heart set on-like sci fi or 50's prime, any character meal and the more popular epcot ones like le cellier.
