Is the +10 available only if you are staying onsite? Also when you call for ADR reservaions do give your hotel reservation number?

Yes the +10 is for guests staying at a Disney resort. They do ask for your reservation number.

What if you booked thru a travel agent and don't have a Disney reservation number? I know my agent can make reservations, but I want to make them.

You better get the res number from your TA then
