90 + 10 to book Illuminations?

Ok, I have read on DIS boards and UG that I can book 90 days plus 10, so 100 if I am staying on property??

If I am Arriving on WDW property Dec 26th and am looking for a Dec 24th Cruise and the calculator on this site says I can book Sept 25th.

But if I add 10 from Dec 26th, does that mean I can book Sept 17th or Sept 15th or neither??

I am staying at Nick the first week if you are wondering why the date of the cruise is before my arrival date...

It's my DM 66th B-day so I really want to get it. I live on the West Coast, I will will be getting up in the middle of the night try to get it.

I am really looking for a solid answer from someone who has done this or is in the know. No offense, but PLEASE no comments, random opinions or speculation.

Sorry but the 90 + 10 doesnt apply to cruises. I know because i had to book one back in july for an oct 24 date. I had to wait until exactly 90 days.

I agree with Sherrie and can also verify this because I just booked our November cruise in August and had to wait until exactly 90 days. You can call the recreation office now and they will give you the exact date that you need to call (I called a few days ahead to confirm which day I needed to call, and they were able to give me the exact day).
