9 or 11pm EMSP?

Which would would go to? The 9 or 11pm EMSP? I don't mind watching it in Frontierland I suppose since I don't have a FP+ for it. But would also consider the 11pm one near the hub.

I'm going to assume that you mean MSEP (Main Street Electrical Parade.)

Deep in Frontierland (past Country Bears) or near Hall of Presidents is a good plan for the 9PM.
The 11PM parade will offer many, many more good viewing locations as far fewer guests watch that performance.

Definitely go for the 11pm parade if you can. Last time I went (May 2013), the 9pm parade was packed 3-4 rows deep. My friend and I went to the 11pm parade and were standing near Hall of Presidents and we pretty much had the entire area to ourselves. Maybe 10-15 other people around. It might have been busier on Main Street, but it was pretty dead around where we were!
