If you can dream it, you can do it. Always remember that this whole thing was started with a dream and a mouse. - Walt Disney

My jaw dropped and stayed dropped the first time I set foot on WDW when I attended a conference in 1999 alone. Before I ever went to any of the parks, the property and hotels blew me away. The sheer size of the place and the amazing hotels and conference center at Swan and Dolphin. The operation of the place amazed me. I saw God the day my first child was born and felt his presence at WDW. I know Walt was a man of faith, family and country. These things he cherished. He built Disneyland so that families would have a fun place to enjoy themselves. He had the right motive and he blessed us all. I'll think of Walt and his dream when I get on property in 9 days. I'll thank God for the opportunity I have to spend a little time with my family in the paradise on Earth they started. :) Not bad digs either in a 2 bedroom BLT Lake view. Living the Dream.

Thanks for the wonderful heartfilled thought you gave. I will be there at AKL in 5 days.

Beautiful sentiment, I loved reading it. And we will also be staying at BLT this Nov for the first time. While the Contemporary is not my favorite type of design, the fact that Walt Disney has his imprint at that resort, makes it that much more special.

Good stuff. Have a super vacation experience.

That was an AWESOME post! Thank you for reminding us all what we have to be thankful for. Have a wonderful time.

I will be at BLT in 42 days!

Over the years, we have seen many subtle references to faith. I am very happy that WDW offers a family friendly atmosphere.
