Had to get an outline together because ADR day is coming up.

We are staying at Polynesian, not our first rodeo for trips, Food/wine or Halloween Party. Thoughts?

10/25 - Me and Micky arrive. Magic Kingdom and dinner at Skipper Canteen 6:30
10/26 - Epcot AM EMH, late lunch at The Wave, relax at pool and then Halloween party at night (arriving around 6,) with snacking!
10/27 - Animal Kingdom and dinner at Ohana 8:45
10/28 - Breakfast at Kona Cafe, Hollywood Studios for a few hours, brother arrives, early evening snacking through Disney Springs, perhaps a cocktail or two - Magic Kingdom at night
10/29 - 2 sisters arrive, Magic Kingdom for a while -it closes at 7, dinner at California Grill 7:30
10/30 - Epcot - Future World rides, Food/Wine, dinner at Chef de Frances 6:00 , - Magic Kingdom at night, with extra magic hours late at Magic Kingdom for some
10/31 - Animal Kingdom morning (some of us will do the am EMH, some won't), relax at pool, dinner at Sanaa 5:30 - back to Animal Kingdom for night stuff
11/1 - Magic Kingdom, dinner at Boathouse 7:00 .
11/2 - Breakfast at The Wave, Hollywood Studios for ToT only, then finish our trip with rides and eating around the world at Epcot until close. no sit down dinner.
11/3 - fly home and get the nut brothers!!! (our cats :) )

A lot of these days will have pool time, we never stay an entire day at park, I just didn't type it out.

Nice overall itinerary.
Depending on how you do F&W a full early dinner may or may not be ideal.

It looks like the Wave is a favorite. As the 3rd monorail stop from the Poly and 4th from the TTC it's not the closest location, but not unreasonable if it's a favorite.

@hakepb Thanks! On the day we have the dinner in France, we will just be splitting a few bites from food/wine as we all want to try Chefs De France - been to WDW over 6 times and never tried it! Our last full day is just for eating around food/wine, no table service planned. :)

Hopefully the travel time won't be too bad to The Wave, we just wanted a table service lunch place close to hotel, but not Kona and we didn't want to eat at Epcot, reviewed menus and this looked good. And everyone raves about the breakfast, our last day, thought we'd try it! :)

Slightly worried about 10/31 plan in the evening. Dinner at Sanaa (love this place!) at 5:30 pm - probably gets you to Animal Kingdom about 7 pm. That used to be closing time at AK that time of year.

With the opening of Pandora - I'm not sure that is going to give you enough time to enjoy evening at AK. And - nobody really knows what night hours are going to be at AK by this fall. Your other AK day - you have Ohana for dinner - so you have to assume you are going to leave AK no later than 7 pm.

So - I MIGHT suggest also booking Sanaa for lunch (or try Tiffins!) on the same day - and then see how the hours of AK at night start to line up as it gets closer.

Thanks! Animal Kingdom is the wildcard, but I'm hedging my bets that it will be open until 9 or so. In the summer it's open until 11. The first night there we can stay until 8 or so, taking Uber back to Polynesian. Last time we were able to stay until 8 in October it was totally dark enough to experience Everest at night and feel the ambiance! We only plan to wander Pandora a bit that evening anyways. In fact both of our AK days will be hopefully getting the Pandora rides done during the day (fast pass one, rope drop one, maybe), leaving the night to just soak in the sights/sound and twilight safari ride....

If hours are way different than I expected, I'll just change some things around. :)
