9 Day Solo Trip...

Well it's just like Disney.... Answers are different depending on which CM you get on the phone.

I called on Sept 4th (30day out) for a Walk in Walt's Footsteps on Oct 4th for two people. I told the CM I would have an AP when we arrived for the trip.
Bingo No Problem... I was charged the AP rate for the tour. With the understanding if I didn't have an AP, I'd pay the difference. Perfect!!

Okay, now today two days later...
I called to book a Happy Haunts Tour on Oct. 6th for two people. I told the CM I would have an AP when we arrive for the trip.
NO GO with the AP rate! The CM checked with a supervisor, without a valid AP, Disney can't book at the AP rate.

It's worth asking. Just depends on which CM you get. It doesn't hurt to ask.

Maybe when we check in for the tour we'll get pixie dust like bellazachmom did and receive a refund for the difference.

Good luck with your bookings

Let me know how that goes when you check-in. I'd be curious to know how that's handled lol :) that's awesome you're doing both! Hope you have a blast!!

Oh please do! I'd love to hear how it goes! :)

Went to BB last night solo - was seated one row back from the water, but I could still see the water easily. I was seated near the kitchen, which was a little loud, and the spill of light was a little distracting. However, I didn't ask not to be there. If you think it will worry you, definitely let them know. I didn't feel too rushed - I wasn't there as long as my neighbouring tables, but that probably fairly normal for a solo diner. Loved Fantasmic and the seating area was incredible. I was able to get off a ride and wander over about twenty minutes before it started, and stayed to watch the fireworks.

Worth it for me! This is the only table service meal I have planned, mostly because I didn't want to miss out on Fantasmic, and I was only able to get to the Parks at3:00pm after flying in from Australia.

This is an awesome review! Thank you so much! I've eaten in BB once before but (if I recall) we were seated basically one of the first tables when you walk in, so not close to the water at all. But it was still terrific. I think you've sold me. Between a decent meal and the view you said you had for Fantasmic - I'm in!

Especially since I only have one night to see it. thanks again for your review! :)
