Since we're so close to the cruise (7 weeks now!) we've closed out the FE list! Time to start shopping!

I've updated all of the cabin numbers that I have, still need Tink Rules? Sinding pixie dust your way...

I think pretty much anything goes! Normally, folks get a Fish Extender to hang from their fish outside your stateroom, I'm getting ours from gradysmommy on e-bay but anything works, then treat it like a secret santa type of thing where you put little gifts for the other folks in the Fish Exchange in their extender, and they do the same for you. Some people will do small things one per night, others will do one give per stateroom, others will do gifts for each person on the stateroom, the options are limitless, it's a neat way to add another bit of excitement for the little ones.

My plan right now is that I'm going to do a gift for each little one on the stateroom, plus a stateroom gift for the parents, and some other fun things that I've run into. There's a homemade Fish Extender thread that also has lots of pictures of gifts that folks have given that is nice too.

We'd love to have you so just let me know if you do want to participate, and send me Evie's favorite color

So I would want to be included as long as the FE doesn't get too big and I don't have to do gifts for every night. Packing space is going to be limited - especially since we are doing Paris before the cruise. So count us in! Evie's favorite color is probably pink. Thanks!

That's great! I added you up above on the first post. We're hitting London and Paris for the days before the cruise, since it's Labor day here we're taking the whole weekend too, and Ryan is completely addicted to traveling, whenever you're talking about a place, he gets this contemplative look, then says "Hmm, I've never been there, when are we going?"

Hi Trisha (sorry if I assumed and you're Ben...), welcome to the group! Of course since I'm really new at this, you gave me another piece of information that I totally forgot we all might need, which is cabin number. I'm going to put your info on the first post, would you tell me Alexandra and Zachary's favorite colors? (Interesting, my SIL's name is Alexandra, and they just had a son (OK, 9 months ago) and his name is Zachary!

Well, if no one else ends up joining - we have 5 cabins in the group - so we could each do 2 nights so that we have something in our FE every night (well I guess other than the nights you are the one giving) - Just a thought - I've never done this before, so am trying to figure out how this goes....

I like that idea, I plan on doing a stateroom gift and then additional little things for each person (nothing huge for any of it however, I've got to pack it from Colorado!) so that works out great for me. We've got time to plan until September, but, if no one objects, I really really really want the first night, please? My gift will be perfect for that first night!

Sure, I am fine with that! I haven't decided yet exactly what I am doing yet - I was sort of waiting until I figured out how many people/cabins I need to buy for (Yes, the packing thing - we are coming from Washington State!) so whatever I do will likely be lightweight.
