9/7/06 10 night Wonder Southern Caribbean "Cruising in WONDERland!"

I loved all the Halloween Pics! I'll have to post one of my 3 youngest kids (after I get one of them to transfer my pics for me! LOL!). The 14dd was the Queen of Hearts, 7ds Peter Pan (the costume fit as if it was custom made for him!) and 4dd was Cinderella (her costume from last year and it is still too big! LOL!) She must have worn 4 different costumes all day trying to decide what to wear that evening!

I've been working on putting all of our WDW/Cruise pics from Oct 16-23 up on Photobucket this week... We took way too many pics! LOL!

Hey Mickeyandminnie... We are doing the 4 night before the 10 night as well. When we booked on board (great shipboard Credit) on the Aug Repo, we were told that at the time we do not have to leave the ship but she told us that it could always change based on homeland security, but she really did not think it would change! We are in room 7119 back by the secret deck for both cruises! I am so very excited and I can not wait. I keep telling my friend that maybe we should switch to Princess, they have a great 14 night southern cruise, but everytime we way the pros and con's it just does not beat disney.

On another note, I talked to Ducky Williams on the Aug repo and he said that he is going to be on the 10 and 11 night and that he was already working on the special lithos.....

We did back to back Eastern and Western cruises on the Magic that we stayed onboard, but had to go ashore between Panama Canal and West Coast cruises in LA. If you get to stay onboard, sitting on deck 9 or 10 gives you a great view of all the activity shoreside as they turn over the ship-it was very interesting to watch. Alex

Sandy let me know there was a discussion board for our 10 day cruise but my life has been really hectic recently. I am one of those people in the Walt Disney Suite tub! Can't wait for the cruise. We are thinking of staying after the cruise & going to WDW to visit with Mickey . I really need to read all the postings (that could take some time) but I did read the last two pages. Loved the little bumble bee! I have to go back & see how much Sandy & Heidi has said about the Disney Dudettes .

Mom - if the Dudettes are going to WDW after the cruise....maybe we can convince them to change or convince ourselves to change!!!

Good morning Sandy and everyone!

We have just been busy on this end with my dd and homework etc.. She is in Kindergarden and just learning to read. It's so amazing. (proud mom moment). She has a 3 day weekend this week so we will be taking a big group of our family to Disneyland to see the park decorated for Christmas. We are very excited to see the changes to Christmas decor at the park for the 50th. I will post a pic or 2.

Thats it on my end. What is everyone else doing for the long weekend?

Kirsty - sounds like so much fun, I look forward to seeing the pictures you will post for us to see!!!! That's the only way I will get my Disney fix, this year anyway!!!!

My boyfriend is getting his girls and I am sure we will go swimming. Other than that I will probably beg my mom to come shopping with me (I have a 4-day weekend!!!)

I loved the Halloween slide show. I was a little disappointed last year with WDW & Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (not with the company) but Disneyland looked like it was really fun! I don't think there were any shows or crafts & it wasn't decorated as nice as Disneyland.

SANDY: The reason to go to WDW AFTER the cruise is because before the cruise is Labor Day & I thought the park would be more crowded.

Picked up my doggies this morning so now there are three doggies in the house - the husky, jack russell & the min. pin. What a combo!

It is another beautiful day in New Jersey . I don't know how much longer the nice weather will hold out. The Farmer's Almanac says that February is going to have lots of snow .
