I just got my brochure today...looks like a bunch of pages were missing, since they have not released our itinerary.

I'm sure you should get it, probably takes a little longer to get to you. We just got ousr today on the West Coast(Saturday), while it looks likes everyone else got there's Thursday/Friday. Here is some Pixie Dust to ensure you get yours.


Congrats to those who have gotten upgrades!!! Just a question to those have have gotten upgrades, did you already pay your cruise in full?

Thanks for the mothers day wishes and Happy Mothers Day to all the DIS MOMS.

I had a great weekend. Spent all day yesterday at Siesta Key Beach (my favorite beach of all time) and then went to the Venice Yacht Club for dinner with my family and my best friend and her family. Then today DH took me to the mall and helped me pick out good sunglasses as my mothers day gift. I never buy expensive glasses and he is always telling me I need them to protect my eyes so I got a really nice pair of Oakleys. As much as I think $150 is a bit much for sunglasses I must admit the lenses are great.

Someone on another board I frequent said that a supervisor at DCL said the excursions will be loaded by tomorrow - lets hope they are right.

Hi.. Michael and Wanda here. We are going to be aboard this cruise on our honeymoon!!! I proposed to Wanda on our last disney cruise aboard the Magic.

We have one question. Is there any idea when the formal and semiformal nights will be for the cruise?

Quick question for those of you who have the Passporter book...as a "veteran DCL cruiser", do I need this book? Will I learn anything that I don't already know?

My mom didn't get to enjoy her Mother's Day very well but I managed to slip in some Disney Dollars for her to enjoy on our disney trip.

I have not received a brochure yet and either has my mom. Anything exciting in it?

Just realized you live in Valrico. Carolyn's aunt and grandmother used to live in Valrico when it was a sleepy little town. Our last time thru we didn't recognize the place.

We did receive a brochure, but it contained just general info about getting ready, gifts, tux rentals, etc.. I hope excertions will be posted soon. Alex

Proposal on the Magic and honeymoon on the Wonder! WOW! What are you guys going to do for future anniversaries? Alex

It seems we top the last year every year. This is our third DCL cruise. The first was, well, our first. We met a couple of guys from California who were the best dinner companions we could possibly have hoped for (now our dearest friends.) We all booked our second cruise together where I proposed to Wanda. While this second cruise was supposed to be a Western, the hurricanes forced an Eastern, like our first. But we had an even better time on the changed itinerary cruise. It really doesn't matter to us anymore where we go as long as it is on DCL. While it would be nice to do the itinerary we have planned for here, we really honestly don't care if weather changes it. Now the four of us are together on this third cruise. I'm sure our friends are looking closely at those Europe cruises but alas... we may not be able to afford those, vacation time-wise. We cannot toot our horn loud enough for Disney though. "Magical" is the word used alot, we understand why.

Kind of just had a regular day yesterday. We had an estate sale for a dear friend and also attended a college graduation party. Heidi was very sweet to make my Mothers Day with her kind Disney dollars and beautiful card!

I have some good news, it looks as thogh the pixie dust from Steve worked overtime !! Our cruise brochure arrived in the UK today, which appears to be slightly faster than some places in the States.

We can identify with all of that. We stay in touch with fellow tablemates from a DCL cruise four years ago who live in Pittsburg. We talk at least every two weeks and when they visit WDW or cruise when we can't, we get together for dinner. We are staying onboard for the 11 day cruise to be with dis-friends we met on a DCL Christmas cruise and have been on several DCL cruises with them. We have visited them in CA and they have visited us in FL.
We also toot the DCL horn loudly enough that people ask if we work for DCL. Not only are the cruises Magical, they are also WONDERful! Alex

I guess that makes it official. I've tried to stop by and "lurk" occasionally. Has anyone heard about excursion, yet? The cat. 1-3 should be able to book next week. Too bad that's not me. We should be able to book the first part of June. The last time I asked DCL they told me they would send something in the mail about available excursions. She did tell me there was a pirate ship tour in St. Lucia.
We will be going down a few days early and spending Labor Day week-end at WDW. Crazy, aren't we? It will be me, DH, DD12, and DS6 (by then).

I guess I took too long to write this post, 'cause now I see the excursion are up on DCL. Well, I did take time to check the snail-mail in the middle, just in case. Gotta go log-on to DCL, now.
