Yep, I finally got through, was on hold for 15 minutes, got to a rep who took my dates, put me on hold, then said the system is down. Call back later....
UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep! 10 mins of a busy signal... 15 mins on hold... "yes, we have what you want... oh, I'm sorry.." UGH!

Wow....This is worse than the 8th....I had to call that day for a couple of hours to get my 2 nights at BLT. Today I just wanted to add an additional night. I thought it wouldn't be a problem, but now....

The same happened to me after they told me they had what we wanted .Was told they would phone me to confirm as we were long distance from uk.Do you think we should phone back or wait for them URGH .............

I don't think I'd trust them on a day like today! I'd keep watch here and see when the systems are up, and then call them back just to be sure...Couldn't hurt....Good luck! (To you and all of us! )

well i have to go back to work tonight so i am going to bed. this is the 3rd in a row. I am tired and grumpy to be dealing with downed computers.

It's 10:30 EDT (I also got the call-back at 10 message when I called in at 9:30); I've called twice...both times got through all the early "stuff" but when the last "press 1" for reservations happens all I get is "eternal ringing"...I finally gave up...

Argh indeed!

Was on the phone when they started getting the message to have folks call back. They were able to confirm my BLT in Sept before the system crashed. She had to try 2 different computers but was able to give me a confirmation #.

Lucky you Poohj80! I was in the middle of booking, too, but my CM didn't offer to do that for me! Glad for you, though...

They are back up and running now, everyone...Good luck! I was able to add the night in August at BLT that I wanted to....

During one of my nuerotic calls back to find out if they were back on, explained to her what happened & she offered to call me back. Needless to say I was not very optimistic BUT while I was dialing back in on my cell at 11 am on the dot my phone rang!

Made me feel better.

Yay! We just got 6 nights in a studio at BLT Lake View 20 - 26th September!

wow - I got thru at 8AM (9 eastern) on the dot - i was able to add on my Treehouse villas for the rest of my trip, which involved cancelling ressies at OKW that I had booked as a back - up and a brief one in May that isn't going to happen now. When I was done I asked if there was any way the reservation could be turned in to one instead of 2 linked ressies as that was a pain last year. She tried, and said she was having problems with the computer - my ressies were made, so she said she would look in to doing that later and Ihung up - that was close to 8:30 (9:30) so could have been when it was crashing. I did check back online and on the phone today and my ressie has been turned in to one continuous one
