I had a job offer this morning....which I am taking!
Football starts tonight....

LIFE IS GOOD!!!!

Now, I just have to figure out how I am going to watch the Bears game on the boat with 2nd seating....

When do the bears play? We can ALWAYS eat at wavebands (or the place where they show the games)! Who are they playing?

We are on week 3 of high school football and week 2 of college football. The Falcons start play this week, but I'm not sure I'd call that football...

I wouldn't call the Falcons "playing" as football either!

I am in the middle of a big high school football town....and I'm mins from OU...so needless to say, I've been breathing football air for a few weeks myself. But nothing gets to me more then Bears football! If we can make it to some of the game Monday on the boat....I'll be the girl screaming at the players, well, unless my husband gives me the "I'm really embarrassed by your yelling...can you please stop?!" glare!

LET's do some figuring here, 2nd sitting is at 8'o-clock, the game starts at 9o'clock [eastern-time], we are out in the ocean some50 miles off of FLORIDA, and in another time zone, so I would say we will see all of the game. Good LUCK on the new JOB.........Some one has to pay taxes for us old retired FARTS. And YES, LIFE IS SO SO GOOD .

LOL...thanks for "doing the math" for us Bears fans! I was trying to explain to my husband that I thought we'd be done from dinner to see all of the game (if not most) but NOOOOOOOOO he didn't believe me!

Well since your taxes have gone to pay for my husband's job (he's military), my house and for my husband to be having a "mini vacation" for his job right now....I guess I'll pay for you old farts!

What military branch ? I am A dis.Viet Nam Veteran [Army]. And that tax money you speak of has helped put my DD thru PURDUE U. also. She's working on her MBA. In just two weeks from right [1pm] now , we will be getting on a plane at Midway in Chicago heading to ORLANDO. WOW! CAN'T WAIT.

Don- he's in the AF...and I can't believe I am going to say this, but I miss Midway!! LOL I miss having the ability to travel to FL using different times, not here where there it seems that there are only 2 flights out of here to FL! (but really, I am more of an Ohare person....but I'd take either of them over Will Rodgers)

No problem! They arent very exciting except for Thursday and Sunday (I think they are back on that schedule for the Wonder). I tried to get to it but I cant get it now with the new computer. I know I am missing some plug in, but I dont know what it is.
